Basic Session Library
Our Basic Session Library contains two of each of our Swim Smooth session types - yours to scale, download and complete to your heart’s content!
Advanced CSS Calculator
In addition to the Basic Calculator, with the Advanced CSS Calculator the GURU will determine your Performance Predictions over a sequence of increasing distances and popular event distances, determine your 10 Week CSS Development Plan, calculate your Red Mist Cycles and allow you to save the information as part of your record such that every session you undertake will have the exact training pace determined for you to elicit the greatest gains.
Swim Type Guides
Follow these step-by-step processes to work on your individual stroke faults in the most optimised way possible. Because each Swim Type has a different level of experience (and often a distinct personality) you'll find we've set the level and tone of the sessions at the perfect level for you!
Fault Fixers
Here at Swim Smooth we believe in correcting the cause of the fault, not necessarily always the effect. For example, often when your arm crosses over the centre line at the front, this causes a scissor kick. Instead of getting you to do lots of kicking drills, we adjust your posture, which also has numerous other benefits to your stroke, not just correcting the crossover. Select the right Fault Fixer and get well on your way to efficient swimming technique in just one session!
Advanced Drill Video Library
For the price of about a single post-swim coffee per month, you can access our FULL Swim Smooth drill library to refine your stroke and improve your efficiency.
First Steps: Learn to Swim Video Series
Always wanted to swim freestyle but never learned properly? Struggle to swim a few strokes without coming to a spluttering halt? You need Swim Smooth's Learn To Swim Freestyle Program.
At the Understanding level, you will receive access to the Introductory land-based stages of the program as well as the First Steps in the pool covering the basics of breathing and exhalation.
Virtual Squad
Once (Understanding) or 3 times per week (Routine), we’ll release the actual training sessions Paul Newsome’s Squad in Perth have undertaken that week, allowing you to follow along as though you were in the Squad yourself. This is a great feature for those swimmers who don’t want to follow a structured plan but want to follow the variety and structure of a consistent Squad.
