VIDEO: 8 Of The BEST Practical Tips & Swim Drills Used With Our 8 Sw-Improvers To Help Your Own Swimming!

At long last we have the eagerly anticipated video analysis review of our eight (8) Sw-Improvers for your viewing pleasure this week.

Video Analysis

Watch the video above to see how:

  1. Rod needs to work on his exhalation and be happy that his over-gliding days are mostly behind him;

  2. Rich needs to work on his left hand entry and extension into the water when breathing right;

  3. Frankie needs to soften her catch a little in order to produce more consistent propulsion;

  4. Cecily needs to tone down her kick a tad, but will only be able to do so with a unique Kicktastic drill sequence that we will go through;

  5. Sarah needs to work on the depth of her hand entry and initial catch but is otherwise pulling a “Mega Megan” and doing great;

  6. Toby needs to take a leaf from 71-yr old Rich's pointers to help him become even faster than his current ~1:20/100m CSS pace;

  7. Wendy needs to watch out for her left arm cross-over with a useful drill to help refine that as well as our unique Stroke Insights feature within the Swim Smooth GURU;

  8. David needs to work on his flexibility and how far he reaches into the water as two of the primary reasons why he has a bit of sinky-leg syndrome.

Thanks for watching!
