Swim Smooth are very pleased to announce that two more Swim Smooth Coaches have completed their extensive training and have just become certified!
Each is an expert in advanced video analysis and stroke correction and offers you a choice of squad and coached sessions, whatever your level of swimming:

Russell has competed with distinction in duathlons, marathons, multisport events, adventure races, Ironman and cycle races, having won multiple age group awards in NZ Ironman as well as triathlons and half marathons. He has competed twice in the Ironman World Champs in Hawaii and is the 2012 Triathlon World Champion in his age-group.
Russell is a fantastic coach as well as a great athlete and we are very proud to have him as our first coach in New Zealand.

Fenella is our newly certified coach in Hong Kong offering a fantastic squad setup and video analysis services. An ex-olympic swimmer and rower, as well as an Asian Games medalist in both sports, Fenella has an extensive knowledge of what it takes to compete at the highest level of sport but is equally approachable for novices too.
Fenella started her swimming in Hong Kong under the tutelage of Captain Harry Wright, then furthered her swimming career with national Coaches Dave Haller, Terry Denison and Bill Sweetenham. Over the years, Fenella has coached swimming at every level, from mother and infant, junior age group swimmers, masters swimmers and currently age group triathlon squads. Fenella also coached the HK National Triathlon Team in swimming during the mid 1990s at the HK Sports Institute.
Fenella has always had an exceptional feel for the water, has great attention for detail in the pool and loves to share her passion with others.
