Once you’ve started to swim your first few laps of efficient freestyle, it’s time to start incorporating the drills and technique work your learned in the 12-Step Learn to Swim Program into a more structured session. All of our sessions can be scaled to your needs - so don’t panic if you see a 3,000m Pure Technique Session upon first browse, this can easily be scaled down to something much more manageable whilst still retaining the essence of that session.
