Having the GURU create a Dynamic Training Plan specifically for your needs and goals is as simple as identifying whether you wish to complete a particular event (e.g. the Rottnest Channel Swim), train up for an event of a specific distance, or just set a program for general fitness and the simple goal of improvement. Then, identify your ability level, how many times per week you can swim, when you want your goal to end, and the GURU will create a training program specifically for you. Follow along with your set sessions each week and if you input your current CSS pace (Critical Swim Speed), the GURU will even give you appropriate training pace targets and scale the sessions to the right length for you too.
